Principal SLT Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Manage a team of engineers implementing SLT test solutions for a multi-die AI processor product
• ▹Work with the Silicon, Test and DFT teams to define manufacturing test solutions
• ▹Work with key industry leaders to develop an SLT system capable of meeting the product's needs
• ▹Understand top- and board-level DFT strategies within a 3D, multi-die product
• ▹Understand implementation details for the Incoming Quality Inspection (IQC) stage and inter-department complexities
• ▹Define test fixtures for SLT test solutions: structural and functional test equipment, interface PCBs, sockets, cooling systems
• ▹Write Production, Engineering and Characterisation Test Programs on advanced SLT platforms
• ▹Work with other departments to balance test coverage and fault detection across all test stages (ATE, board, blade, and in-field test)
• ▹Correlate results to bench measurements
• ▹Transfer test solutions to offshore vendors as part of an NPI release

Requirements

• ▹Proven Functional Test or ATE Test Engineering background
• ▹Pragmatic, hands-on and flexible approach to a fast-changing environment
• ▹Focus on quality and understanding of the importance of production test to product success
• ▹Ability to build and lead a team of engineers
