Responsibilities

• ▹Supports customers in understanding what is required for successful eye-tracking integration
• ▹Drives system design and technical alignment across software, hardware, firmware and algorithms
• ▹Translates customer needs into clear requirements, interfaces and architectural decisions
• ▹Identifies integration risks, technical dependencies and trade-offs early
• ▹Coordinates across internal development teams and customer engineering organizations
• ▹Participates hands-on to troubleshoot prototypes, validate assumptions and analyze system behavior

Requirements

• ▹Experience with complex HW/SW product development and system integration
• ▹Background in embedded software, Linux, electronics, firmware, algorithms, computer vision, sensors/optronics, mechatronics or complex system integration
• ▹Ability to reason about trade-offs between performance, cost, complexity, robustness, usability and delivery speed
• ▹Comfortable reviewing logs, prototypes, specifications, architecture diagrams and test results
• ▹Experience working cross-functionally in structured engineering environments
• ▹Strong communication skills with both technical teams and customers

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in XR, wearable technology, eye tracking or related sensing technologies
• ▹Experience working internationally
