Application Manager – Public 360

Responsibilities

• ▹Establish and develop a sustainable governance organization
• ▹Drive the rollout and continued development of Public 360
• ▹Coordinate collaboration between the business, IT, archives, legal, and security functions
• ▹Build up a support, training, and super-user structure
• ▹Manage dialogue with the supplier on roadmap, further development, and deliveries
• ▹Handle budgeting, prioritization, and planning within the governance function
• ▹Contribute to the development of future digital ways of working and information management

Requirements

• ▹Several years of experience in application/system governance or similar leadership roles
• ▹Experience working close to the business in larger organizations
• ▹Good understanding of the interplay between business, processes, and IT
• ▹Experience with supplier management and coordinating multiple stakeholders
• ▹Ability to create structure, drive change, and get things done

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with Public 360 or other document and case management systems
• ▹Experience in the public sector or government agencies
• ▹Experience in information management, records management, or case handling processes
