IT Engineering Intern

Responsibilities

• ▹Help users with IT work environment problems (mainly macOS)
• ▹Troubleshoot network issues (mainly Cisco)
• ▹Configure and maintain G-suite and SSO environments
• ▹Assist with webinars and global meetings
• ▹Set up and maintain IT equipment
• ▹Take part in the asset management lifecycle (provision, maintain, restore)
• ▹Simplify identity and access management infrastructure (SSO)
• ▹Work in the Amsterdam office

Requirements

• ▹Enrolled in a Dutch university throughout the internship
• ▹Available for a 6-month full-time internship starting September 2026
• ▹Already based in the Netherlands
• ▹Studying IT or a related field
• ▹Fluent in English
• ▹Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• ▹Four days a week in office, fifth day on request

Nice to have

• ▹Motivated, proactive, independent, organized self-starter
• ▹Service-oriented with excellent troubleshooting skills
• ▹Experience with G-suite, Okta, and Apple devices
