Responsibilities

• ▹Engaging across the full customer organization, from C-suite to shop floor
• ▹Leading requirements end to end: gathering, understanding, and agreeing on what customers actually need
• ▹Designing and shipping production-grade data pipelines and integrations for large-scale, customer-specific datasets in cloud environments
• ▹Owning KPI delivery, solution performance, and SLAs
• ▹Rapidly prototyping with customers, then implementing solutions into the product

Requirements

• ▹Proven experience designing and building scalable data pipelines for large-scale data processing, in production
• ▹Strong understanding of data modeling, observability, and hypothesis-driven development
• ▹Experience building integrations for downstream or customer-facing systems
• ▹Solid working knowledge of cloud platforms and modern data stacks
• ▹Strong business acumen: translating technical work into measurable financial impact for non-technical audiences
