IT Object Manager - Chalmers

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead, coordinate and further develop IT objects within software development, together with a team of developers, based on a customized version of the PM3 governance model
• ▹Ensure the objects support business needs
• ▹Ensure deliveries meet agreed goals for availability, performance and security
• ▹Work closely with both the business side and the development teams
• ▹Translate business requirements to developers so the right functionality gets built
• ▹Share knowledge and experience within the Development & Management unit

Requirements

• ▹At least five years of documented experience as an object manager in a functional sense (both system and customer responsibility)
• ▹At least three years of higher education in computer science, IT or equivalent, or equivalent work experience
• ▹Experience working in large and complex organizations, e.g. public administration or large companies, with a proven ability to navigate and deliver amid many stakeholders, processes and dependencies

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in leading roles, e.g. as a project manager
• ▹Experience working according to PM3 and/or PPS
• ▹Experience with public procurement under the Swedish LOU act
• ▹Ability to use AI as support for analysis and problem-solving
