Business-Near System Administrator

Responsibilities

• ▹Provide user support and manage the systems supporting the region's financial processes
• ▹Handle support, troubleshooting and error cases
• ▹Train users as needed
• ▹Administer code-part registers
• ▹Manage system permissions
• ▹Perform register maintenance and ensure data quality
• ▹Create and update documentation for systems and processes
• ▹Participate in or drive development work for functions, improvements and integrations within the accounting specialty

Requirements

• ▹Relevant higher-education degree in economics or equivalent
• ▹Several years of current experience in finance and accounting
• ▹Good knowledge of the Office package
• ▹Very good Swedish, spoken and written

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with system administration
• ▹Experience with Proceedo and Raindance or similar public-sector systems
• ▹Experience participating in or leading development and implementation projects
