IT Object Specialist (Easit)

Responsibilities

• ▹Maintain and develop Region Uppsala's Easit setup
• ▹Lead smaller assignments, such as building integrations to other systems
• ▹Translate business needs into IT solutions
• ▹Actively participate in troubleshooting and verification of system updates together with the system operations owner
• ▹Work closely with the system manager and the business object specialist

Requirements

• ▹Higher education in IT or equivalent work experience
• ▹Several years of professional experience in IT
• ▹Experience leading yourself and others across different types of assignments
• ▹Experience with ticketing/case management systems
• ▹Basic knowledge of systems development, SQL databases and system operations
• ▹Previous experience troubleshooting IT systems
• ▹Very good Swedish and good English, spoken and written
