GDM in Sundsvall is looking for a support technician to provide IT support to customers across various industries via phone, email, chat, and occasionally on-site.

Responsibilities

▹Perform maintenance, troubleshooting and installation of systems and applications
▹Provide technical support and advice on Microsoft 365, Entra, Intune, Windows, Windows Server, networking, security and Active Directory
▹Document work processes and update routines
▹Communicate and collaborate with end users and IT clients

Requirements

▹Relevant education in IT, or equivalent experience
▹Strong interest in IT
▹Experience with customer contact
▹Very good Swedish and good English skills, both spoken and written
▹On-site presence in Sundsvall required; remote work not possible
