Senior Data Analyst - Enterprise GTM

Responsibilities

• ▹Partner with RevOps and Sales leadership to define success metrics and surface growth opportunities across the enterprise funnel
• ▹Build and refine the models that steer the business — segmentation, lead/account scoring, pipeline and revenue forecasting
• ▹Make data trustworthy for agentic analytics — enrich context and metadata, ship instrumentation and data-quality fixes with AI coding tools
• ▹Own the analytical backbone of the business — KPI definitions aligned across Sales, Marketing and Finance, performance forums
• ▹Close data gaps and build scalable, self-serve measurement infrastructure
• ▹Uphold rigor as self-serve expands — push back on false precision in pipeline and forecast numbers

Requirements

• ▹Senior-level influence, real business impact shaping leadership decisions
• ▹High agency, driving decisions through tailored communication and data storytelling
• ▹Sharp analytical instincts, scoping vague questions with vetted frameworks
• ▹Sound judgement about data and statistics
• ▹Technical versatility: SQL and Python (Hex notebooks), dbt (BigQuery), AI coding tools, context engineering and evals
• ▹PLG/SaaS fluency, solid grasp of subscription economics

Nice to have

• ▹Experience across the B2B GTM funnel — Sales, Marketing, RevOps
• ▹Data modelling know-how and experience with semantic layers
• ▹Track record defining metrics and steering frameworks for enterprise or 0→1 commercial motions
