Responsibilities

• ▹Manage and develop designated business systems
• ▹Create and agree management plans together with system owners and business system managers
• ▹Translate business needs into concrete IT requirements linked to the infrastructure
• ▹Initiate and lead management assignments from idea to delivery
• ▹Plan and coordinate system changes according to ITIL and the Change framework
• ▹Maintain ongoing dialogue with suppliers and IT technicians to secure and plan deliveries
• ▹Ensure system documentation stays current
• ▹Monitor IT trends and market developments

Requirements

• ▹At least 3 years of hands-on experience with IT infrastructure, including server and network configuration
• ▹Technical understanding of how infrastructure components interrelate and how changes in one system affect others
• ▹Relevant higher education (e.g. systems science) or equivalent work experience
