Senior Salesforce Developer/Architect (Bangalore)

Responsibilities

• ▹Design and build scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Flows
• ▹Architect Lead-to-Cash solutions from lead management through quoting, billing, revenue recognition and renewals
• ▹Design, develop and support Salesforce Revenue Cloud (ARM) solutions
• ▹Build integrations between Salesforce and business systems (NetSuite, HubSpot, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator) via APIs, middleware and iPaaS platforms (e.g. Workato)
• ▹Design, develop and deploy Salesforce AI and Agentforce solutions (Data Cloud, AI-powered workflows, agents)
• ▹Implement CI/CD best practices using SFDX, GitHub, VS Code and Gearset/Copado
• ▹Drive Salesforce architecture standards and development best practices
• ▹Ensure data integrity, security and compliance (GDPR, SOX)
• ▹Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product and Engineering
• ▹Establish development standards, mentor team members, conduct code reviews

Requirements

• ▹8+ years of Salesforce development experience with deep Sales Cloud, Apex, LWC and Flows expertise
• ▹Strong experience with Lead-to-Cash processes (sales automation, CPQ, billing, revenue operations, renewals)
• ▹Hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Advanced Revenue Management (ARM)
• ▹Experience integrating Salesforce with GTM/business systems via APIs, middleware and iPaaS (Workato, MuleSoft)
• ▹Familiarity with GTM technologies (HubSpot, Marketo, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator)
• ▹Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and practices (SFDX, Git, VS Code, CI/CD, Gearset, Copado)
• ▹Experience supporting Salesforce environments subject to SOX controls
• ▹Strong understanding of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Revenue Operations processes
• ▹Effective communication with technical and business stakeholders
• ▹Required Salesforce certification: Platform Developer II, Application Architect or System Architect

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with Salesforce Revenue Operations and enterprise quote-to-cash processes
• ▹Experience building AI-powered applications and agentic workflows (OpenAI, Claude, AWS, React, Vercel)
• ▹Experience in high-growth SaaS or startup environments
• ▹Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations
