Technical Delivery Lead

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead and coordinate technical deliveries together with development, DevOps and operations teams
• ▹Manage client relationships and related administration
• ▹Facilitate translating business requirements into product requirements
• ▹Continuously plan and prioritize the team's work
• ▹Track projects with a focus on delivery quality, client relationships and budget
• ▹Motivate the team to deliver high-quality solutions
• ▹Contribute to improving working methods, processes and technical quality

Requirements

• ▹Technical background, comfortable discussing infrastructure, operations, cloud services, deployment and development environments (no coding required)
• ▹Strong administrative skills, experience leading technical projects is a plus
• ▹Team-development mindset with the ability to engage and motivate colleagues
• ▹Confidence in setting requirements and expectations with both colleagues and clients
• ▹Excellent written and spoken English

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in IT operations or system administration
• ▹Experience in technical support or service desk
• ▹Incident management and troubleshooting experience
• ▹Knowledge of Scrum, XP, Kanban or another agile framework
• ▹Experience with upsell and account management
