Senior Field Application Engineer – CMOS Image Sensor

Responsibilities

• ▹Advise customers on their simulation work and technical obstacles in CMOS image sensor technology
• ▹Work closely with key customers to understand technical roadmaps and immediate challenges
• ▹Understand customers' success criteria and jointly implement evaluation plans to validate Silvaco's solution
• ▹Contribute to sales plans and proposals, highlighting technical differentiation
• ▹Draft technical collateral to present Silvaco's solutions
• ▹Provide training and instructions to customers adopting Silvaco tools
• ▹Collaborate with customers' implementation teams to troubleshoot and develop solutions
• ▹Identify technical issues, suggest workarounds or raise them as bug reports
• ▹Channel customer feedback to business units
• ▹Give product demonstrations and technical presentations, supporting the sales effort
