AI and Data Science Developer, SAP Development

Responsibilities

• ▹AI / ML Python development using frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain
• ▹Data science development using Python notebooks locally and in SAP Databricks
• ▹Embedding AI solutions into the SAP ecosystem using SAP Joule Studio
• ▹Building and deploying Python applications in the SAP Business AI Platform - Cloud Foundry environment using frameworks like Flask
• ▹Collaborating with SAP Lead Architects, Functional Specialists and the analytics/data science team to build AI/ML solutions within the SAP ecosystem
• ▹Building advanced pipelines for data science and analytical solutions
• ▹Collaborating with the developer team to support existing solutions
• ▹Delivering AI and data science projects
• ▹Providing continuous technical support to functional specialists (advising on technical solutions, supporting existing solutions)
• ▹Producing technical documentation, capturing lessons learnt, driving continuous improvement

Requirements

• ▹BSc / MSc in a relevant field or equivalent related work experience
• ▹At least 3 years of hands-on Python development experience
• ▹Ideally 2 years of active AI development experience
• ▹Experience building Python AI and ML solutions and notebooks
• ▹Experience diagnosing, debugging and troubleshooting
• ▹Software implementation and post-live support experience in a multinational environment
• ▹Understanding of SAP products such as SAP Joule, SAP AI Core, HANA Cloud
• ▹Experience working in multi-site, cross-functional teams
• ▹Strong understanding of business functions, preferably SAP processes
• ▹Strong spoken and written English
