Mobile QA Architect

Responsibilities

• ▹Build and mentor a world-class mobile QA engineering team, ensuring high-impact Android and iOS applications meet the highest quality standards for millions of users worldwide
• ▹Champion AI-first testing practices, leveraging tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor and generative testing frameworks to automate test creation, optimize test coverage, accelerate bug detection and elevate product quality
• ▹Partner with engineering, product and design teams to define and drive a comprehensive quality assurance strategy for mobile products
• ▹Lead the evolution of test automation frameworks and infrastructure, leveraging AI to create intelligent, maintainable and scalable test suites
• ▹Foster a quality-first mindset across the mobile engineering organization, positioning QA as a strategic partner rather than a bottleneck
• ▹Remove blockers, set clear priorities and enable the team to deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced, global environment

Requirements

• ▹Deep technical expertise in mobile QA across Android and/or iOS, including understanding of device fragmentation, OS-specific challenges and robust test strategy design
• ▹Hands-on management style: stay connected to the work, write test code and understand the team's day-to-day realities
• ▹Experience with programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, Swift or Python
• ▹AI-native mindset: AI as a force multiplier for quality assurance, not a replacement
• ▹Strategic quality-builder mindset: establishing meaningful quality metrics and driving continuous improvement
