IT Project Manager / Product Owner

Responsibilities

• ▹Stay in contact with customers, discuss product development wishes and ideas, and capture requirements
• ▹Turn ideas into creative, actionable software concepts (UI mockups, user story mapping, process modeling)
• ▹Create UI mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma, iterating with customers and the development team
• ▹Maintain and structure project documentation and the product roadmap in Notion
• ▹Prepare concepts for developers, prioritize tasks, and shape the product roadmap within agile project management
• ▹Moderate discussions and document decisions
• ▹Perform quality checks, verifying that developers' results match the concepts
• ▹Ensure project goals, timelines, and costs are met
• ▹Proactively gather user feedback to improve future product versions

Requirements

• ▹Completed degree in (business) informatics, industrial engineering, business administration, or a comparable field
• ▹At least 3 years of professional experience as a project manager for software projects/products
• ▹Affinity for innovative software solutions
• ▹Fluent German and English, spoken and written
