Technical Product Training Engineer - E-Mobility (all genders)

Responsibilities

• ▹Build and improve digital learning solutions that help people find and use knowledge more easily
• ▹Connect learning tools with other systems such as ERP, CRM, and collaboration platforms
• ▹Create learning experiences directly within the product so users can learn while they work
• ▹Set up automated ways to share knowledge, e.g. emails, notifications, chatbots, or AI-supported content
• ▹Develop gamification features that make learning more engaging and effective
• ▹Track usage of learning solutions and improve them based on data and feedback
• ▹Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams

Requirements

• ▹Several years of experience building learning systems from the ground up, including integrations and automation
• ▹Strong technical skills in APIs, scripting, and automation tools
• ▹Hands-on experience with learning technology platforms: LMSs, in-app learning solutions, knowledge systems, automation platforms, analytics tools
• ▹Ability to translate concepts into scalable, working solutions
• ▹Comfortable navigating change in fast-moving, evolving environments
• ▹Fluent English (written and spoken); fluent German is a plus
