Clinical Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• ▹Own the clinical design of the deployment end to end, from workflow discovery through configuration, testing and go-live
• ▹Turn clinical reality into clear requirements and acceptance criteria engineering can build against
• ▹Map how a health plan's review actually happens: intake, eligibility, network check, guideline application, escalation to MD
• ▹Deliver proofs of concept fast, demonstrating real clinical value early
• ▹Act as a trusted advisor to the customer's clinical leadership

Requirements

• ▹Clinical background: RN, BSN, NP, PA or MD
• ▹Understanding of clinical terminology and patient-provider interaction
