Responsibilities

• ▹Shape the partners' technical roadmap, develop new solutions directly with them and ensure through practical tests that everything runs smoothly before the big rollout
• ▹Accompany the entire technical product lifecycle of partnerships, coordinate the rollout of complex features and steer technical integrations
• ▹Find and resolve integration problems early through thorough root cause analysis, before they put partners' revenue at risk
• ▹Use SQL and Python (or others) to aggregate and visualize complex datasets and turn raw data into technical narratives that help partners reach their KPIs
• ▹Translate partner feedback into precise technical requirements for internal product teams

Requirements

• ▹At least 5 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (for example TAM, sales engineering or solutions architecture) in AdTech, SaaS or Big Tech, ideally with a mobile focus
• ▹Ability to translate high-level requirements into precise specifications, with broad technical range from SDK initialization and REST latencies to debugging HTML/JavaScript
• ▹Command of SQL and visualization, using dashboards such as Grafana, Tableau or Kibana to find the why behind the numbers
• ▹Fluent German and English at professional level, at least B2, both with global partners and in internal collaboration
• ▹Team player who can mediate between engineering and product management

• ▹Java knowledge or experience in mobile app development
