Responsibilities

• ▹Build LLM-powered products and workflows
• ▹Design agent architectures and orchestration systems
• ▹Build retrieval, evaluation and reliability infrastructure
• ▹Deliver enterprise AI deployments
• ▹Build AI-native products from zero to one
• ▹Operate machine learning platforms at scale
• ▹Work directly with founders, CTOs and product leaders to shape the technical approach

Requirements

• ▹Experience deploying AI systems into production
• ▹A track record of building and shipping
• ▹Understanding of the tradeoffs behind the hype and how to turn research into business value
• ▹Role such as AI architect, AI engineer, MLOps, deep learning engineer, data scientist, ML engineer, AI researcher or AI-focused staff+ engineer
