Responsibilities

▹Own the technical architecture of IT Tooling automations, driving design decisions on system structure and integration patterns
▹Lead the most complex automation projects end-to-end as technical DRI
▹Partner with Security, Corporate Engineering, and IAM teams to resolve technical blockers
▹Build shared frameworks, reusable components, and architecture documentation
▹Establish code review practices and engineering standards to raise quality

Requirements

▹5+ years in IT engineering, automation, or systems engineering with ownership of architecture decisions
▹Deep expertise building complex automations with n8n, Airflow, Temporal, Jira Automation, or Workato
▹Strong Git-based development workflows (branching, CI/CD, code review)
▹Working knowledge of Okta, Slack API, and Google Workspace administration for secure automation architecture
▹Proven ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments, turning loosely scoped problems into production-ready specs
▹Experience mentoring peers and writing technical design documentation
▹Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight
