Cybersecurity Expert – Incidents, Vulnerabilities, Security Testing & Exception Governance

Allianz France is strengthening its cybersecurity team with this expert role spanning incident management, vulnerability management, and cybersecurity exception governance. Sitting within the IT Security Division, the position directly contributes to protecting customers, employees, partners, and business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, coordinate, and track security incidents, and help run cyber crisis cells
  • Follow up on action plans, corrective measures, and post-incident lessons learned
  • Lead vulnerability management: analyze, prioritize, and track remediation of findings from penetration tests and security test campaigns
  • Align IT, business, security, and Group stakeholders to ensure effective remediation
  • Interpret and critically assess reports from security audits, penetration tests, and technical analyses
  • Process and track requests for exceptions to cybersecurity policies and standards
  • Assess associated risks, propose compensating measures, and document decisions

Requirements

  • Engineering degree or Master's with a specialization in IT security or information systems security
  • Professional English at B1 level or above
  • Solid understanding of vulnerability tests, penetration tests, and security audits
  • Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Rigor in tracking, reporting, documentation, and communication

  • Ability to delegate or automate recurring technical tasks, using AI where relevant
