Responsibilities

• ▹Act as a key player at the interface between business departments and IT, managing core business processes and selecting suitable technologies
• ▹Provide strategic consulting and IT alignment for clients in the Modern Workplace Technology space, analyzing, modeling, and designing components and systems
• ▹Define and manage requirements for IT systems and Unified Endpoint Management environments, and evaluate existing IT workplace systems
• ▹Optimize technologies in use for cost, quality, and fast support of new or changed workplace requirements
• ▹Take on project responsibility: partial project leadership, leading a project team, and project controlling

Requirements

• ▹Several years of experience building and operating on-premises and cloud-hosted IT infrastructures, and with Remote Desktop Services and client operating systems
• ▹Relevant university degree or comparable training
• ▹Knowledge of current IT and mobile device technology trends, with related certifications
• ▹Good knowledge of standard IT workplace environment products
• ▹Broad technical expertise in modern workplace topics such as virtualization, client management, and enterprise mobility management
• ▹Very good German and good English language skills

Nice to have

• ▹Confident, critical use of AI tools in the field
