Student Assistant – Backend Development of Security/Hacking Tools (C/C++)

Responsibilities

• ▹Deploying existing fuzzers to test popular software (e.g. Firefox, Chrome, Adobe Reader) on x86
• ▹Extending existing fuzzers by implementing techniques from recent scientific publications
• ▹Building an exploit database that tracks vulnerable software versions and exploits

Requirements

• ▹Computer science studies with practical software development experience
• ▹Creativity, self-motivation and enthusiasm
• ▹Very good programming skills
• ▹Good knowledge of C/C++ and related toolchains such as compilers and debuggers

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of fuzzing
