Solution Architect – Cloud & Hybrid IT

Responsibilities

• ▹Develop architectures and solution concepts for complex IT systems with a focus on hybrid scenarios (on-prem & cloud)
• ▹Analyze existing system landscapes and derive migration, integration and optimization strategies
• ▹Own requirements analysis and alignment with technical and business stakeholders
• ▹Produce technical concepts, decision papers and architecture documentation
• ▹Assess risks and develop suitable countermeasures, taking economic aspects into account
• ▹Present solutions to customers and actively support winning projects
• ▹Support the creation of cost calculations and scope-of-work descriptions
• ▹Work closely with delivery, sales and partner teams

Requirements

• ▹Several years of experience as a Solution Architect, IT architect or senior engineer
• ▹Solid knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services, as well as on-premises infrastructures
• ▹Experience integrating and modernizing legacy systems
• ▹Understanding of technical, business and regulatory requirements
• ▹Experience in customer-facing project environments, ideally in the mid-market segment
• ▹Ability to communicate complex content in an audience-appropriate way
• ▹Structured yet pragmatic working style
• ▹Fluent German and English
