Responsibilities

• ▹Designing, developing and rolling out AI-based applications for clients
• ▹Building solutions around large language models, automation, intelligent assistant systems and knowledge processing
• ▹Developing robust backends, services and interfaces to integrate AI functionality into existing systems and processes
• ▹Evaluating models, tools and frameworks based on the actual use case rather than hype
• ▹Optimizing solutions for quality, performance and usability
• ▹Working closely with consultants, developers and project leads
• ▹Bringing a technology perspective into projects early, supporting architecture and implementation decisions

Requirements

• ▹Experience developing software solutions, ideally related to AI, machine learning, data processing or intelligent assistant systems
• ▹Strong technical judgment and the ability to build clean, maintainable solutions from requirements
• ▹Experience with modern development environments, APIs, backend development and system integration
• ▹Interest in current AI technologies and the ability to apply them pragmatically
• ▹A quality mindset that goes beyond 'it works on my machine': robustness, maintainability, security and production readiness
• ▹Structured way of working, independence and a drive to actually finish things
• ▹Communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with large language models, retrieval-based approaches, vector databases, prompt engineering or MLOps
• ▹Python knowledge, along with modern frameworks and cloud environments
• ▹Experience developing near-production AI or data applications
