DevOps Product Owner

Responsibilities

• ▹Take product ownership of the internal cloud-native development and operations platform, with a clear vision, roadmap, and value creation
• ▹Gather, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog in close coordination with development, testing, operations, and security teams
• ▹Translate technical requirements into clear user stories and epics, actively participating in all Scrum events
• ▹Steer platform evolution from idea to go-live, including dependency and release management
• ▹Measure and communicate the platform's value through relevant KPIs, representing the product and roadmap to stakeholders, management, and coordination bodies in a highly regulated insurance environment
• ▹Promote standardization, automation, and the gradual replacement of historically grown structures
• ▹Actively track new technologies and best practices, bring them into the team, and act as a bridge between technology and business
