Responsibilities

• ▹Oversee daily business operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes
• ▹Develop and implement growth strategies to expand the DAP function's impact and reach
• ▹Train and mentor managers and staff, fostering a high-performing team
• ▹Create, manage and optimize budgets to ensure financial sustainability
• ▹Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities
• ▹Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent
• ▹Evaluate team performance and productivity, providing feedback and support
• ▹Analyze financial and accounting data to inform decision-making and strategic planning
• ▹Research and identify growth and innovation opportunities in data and analytics
• ▹Generate detailed reports and deliver presentations to stakeholders

Requirements

• ▹6+ years of experience in data and analytics leadership within large, global organizations, delivering enterprise-scale platforms and solutions
• ▹Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology or a related field
• ▹Solid understanding of AI/ML technologies and their practical application

Nice to have

• ▹Hands-on experience with Agentic Development Lifecycles
• ▹Interest in machine learning
