Responsibilities

• ▹Coordinating interactions between the various stakeholders needed to keep the repository up to date, in line with defined processes
• ▹Ensuring the proper implementation and execution of processes related to updating the repository
• ▹Managing and improving Power BI dashboards and providing reporting support for the whole company by automating KPI reports
• ▹Communicating updates about the repository and sharing best practices around update processes
• ▹Taking charge of redesigning the architecture repository's SharePoint intranet site
• ▹Helping to run a community of users
• ▹Ensuring the consistency of reference data across all layers of the enterprise architecture
• ▹Carrying out end-to-end modeling of enterprise architectures by applying process, business object, application and infrastructure concepts and definitions

Requirements

• ▹Currently studying for a Master's degree at a business or engineering school; a specialization in IT systems management or enterprise architecture is a plus
• ▹Interest in developing skills in enterprise architecture
• ▹Strong communication skills and an affinity for building intranet sites
• ▹Good level of English, written and spoken
• ▹Rigor, method and pedagogical quality
• ▹Ability to abstract, conceptualize and model
• ▹Open-mindedness, natural curiosity, creativity and enthusiasm

Nice to have

• ▹Experience setting up and maintaining Power BI dashboards
• ▹Willingness to explore how artificial intelligence (AI) can improve the role and the organization as a whole
