Responsibilities

• ▹Designing, developing, deploying and maintaining AI solutions, including GenAI and agent-based systems
• ▹Building scalable, reusable AI products ready for production operation
• ▹Designing and evolving the corporate AI framework by defining architectures, standards and best practices
• ▹Ensuring the scalability, governance and sustainability of AI solutions
• ▹Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (AI Act), security, privacy and Responsible AI principles
• ▹Collaborating across business, data and technology areas to identify automation and AI opportunities
• ▹Translating business needs into technical solutions and accelerating AI adoption across the organization
• ▹Contributing to the CoE Automation & AI's objectives, delivering real impact aligned with the company's strategy

Requirements

• ▹University degree in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Computer Engineering or an equivalent STEM discipline
• ▹More than 5 years of experience developing AI solutions, especially GenAI (or equivalent experience)
• ▹Advanced command of Python and software development
• ▹Knowledge of cloud architectures and LLMOps environments
• ▹Strong analytical ability and complex problem-solving skills
• ▹Experience working in multidisciplinary environments, collaborating across different areas
• ▹Experience with agent frameworks and advanced MLOps/LLMOps practices
• ▹Knowledge of data governance and Responsible AI models
• ▹Experience working in regulated, corporate environments
• ▹High level of English and Spanish
