Responsibilities

• ▹Build and maintain custom Salesforce applications, integrations, and extensions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and other relevant technologies
• ▹Configure and customize standard Salesforce features, objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules
• ▹Integrate with on-premise tools for CTI/AppExchange products
• ▹Ensure data integrity, security, and reliability through data migration, transformation, and integration strategies
• ▹Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers
• ▹Ensure code follows Salesforce recommended best practices; conduct code reviews
• ▹Plan and execute unit and integration tests, support UAT, and oversee production deployments
• ▹Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
• ▹Implement security measures and ensure compliance with Salesforce security standards
• ▹Create and maintain technical documentation: design specs, architecture diagrams, user guides

Requirements

• ▹5 to 7 years of total experience
• ▹Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• ▹Extensive Salesforce development experience, strong focus on Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
• ▹Experience with CTI
• ▹Good understanding of out-of-the-box features: Flows, Sharing rules, OWD, Data Loader, Lightning App Builder
• ▹Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and web services
• ▹In-depth understanding of Salesforce configuration, data modeling, and security best practices
• ▹Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems
• ▹Working hours in the Eastern time zone

Nice to have

• ▹Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications
• ▹Familiarity with the healthcare domain
• ▹Understanding of Health Cloud
