Cybersecurity Lead (Product Security) – Boyd Thermal by Eaton

Responsibilities

• ▹Serve as the cybersecurity technical leader driving secure product development processes across divisions
• ▹Work with the Eaton Product Cybersecurity Center of Excellence to define hardware/software cybersecurity requirements for Boyd Thermal by Eaton products
• ▹Coordinate and plan vulnerability assessment and penetration testing of existing and upcoming cyber-physical products
• ▹Lead threat modeling and risk assessment exercises with product teams early in the design phase
• ▹Provide hands-on guidance to product teams implementing complex cybersecurity features and requirements
• ▹Support building, deploying, and maintaining security tools and automation frameworks
• ▹Support DevSecOps teams with automation of cybersecurity best practices
• ▹Provide technical security training to leaders, cybersecurity engineers, developers, and test engineers
• ▹Support marketing collateral around "Secure-by-design" and cybersecurity certification
• ▹Monitor the evolving threat landscape and standards, and participate in cybersecurity standardization bodies

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Science
• ▹Minimum 8 years of Product Development experience
• ▹Minimum 3 years of Product Cybersecurity experience (may run concurrent with product development experience)
• ▹Must be a U.S. person for access to export-controlled information
• ▹No employer sponsorship required now or in the future

Nice to have

• ▹Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Science
• ▹Two or more professional certifications: CISSP, CSSLP, GIAC, OSCP, or CEH
• ▹5+ years of experience with thermal management technologies in the AI data center industry
