Responsibilities

• ▹Developing and implementing a holistic UX strategy for AI-powered enterprise products
• ▹Translating complex business processes, data models and system logic into intuitive, user-centered experiences
• ▹Designing user flows, information architectures, user journeys and design concepts for complex software solutions
• ▹Building interactive prototypes in Figma, plus proofs of concept and prototypes in HTML and React
• ▹Designing innovative AI-powered applications and human-in-the-loop workflows
• ▹Planning, running and evaluating user research, discovery workshops, user interviews and usability tests
• ▹Evolving and maintaining a consistent design system in Figma and the underlying codebase
• ▹Documenting UX decisions and ensuring a smooth UX-to-development handoff, working closely with Product Management and Engineering

Requirements

• ▹Several years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products, ideally in an enterprise environment
• ▹Deep understanding of user-centered design approaches and building intuitive experiences
• ▹Experience designing user flows, information architectures and scalable design solutions
• ▹Strong Figma skills, experience with design systems and interactive prototyping
• ▹Ability to analyze, structure and turn complex requirements into compelling UX concepts
• ▹Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with business units, product teams and engineering
• ▹Team-oriented working style, enjoys collaborating in interdisciplinary project teams
• ▹Understanding of designing AI-powered applications and human-AI interaction in digital products
