Responsibilities

• ▹Evaluate, plan, implement, maintain and optimize all tools required for software development based on the software/infrastructure architecture
• ▹Independently create implementation concepts and software designs, linking individual development artifacts according to the architecture
• ▹Extend and optimize CI/CD pipelines and provide technical support to development teams in using the CI/CD toolchain
• ▹Implement and manage security measures and policies to protect systems and data
• ▹Assess the overall architecture and its elements against time, quality and cost targets, and contribute to planning and delivering the assigned work package

Requirements

• ▹Completed university degree in computer science or a related field, plus several years of professional experience as a DevOps engineer
• ▹Solid knowledge of Linux, virtualization (VMware), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD tools (GitLab CI)
• ▹Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Bash and their practical application
• ▹Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, enthusiasm for new technologies and an affinity for agile ways of working
• ▹Team spirit, confident communication across different interfaces, and good German and English skills, written and spoken
