Principal Software Engineer (C#/.NET)

Responsibilities

• ▹Own solution design responsibility in the bidding process, including requirements assessment and technology selection
• ▹Analyze, design and create complex system and software architectures
• ▹Develop technical concepts for applications, modules and overall systems
• ▹Develop demanding application components, focusing on C#, .NET Core, modern UI frameworks and web technologies
• ▹Own cross-module and cross-application implementation strategy
• ▹Ensure compliance with architecture guidelines, design patterns, development standards, security and compliance requirements
• ▹Plan, design and implement technical test cases and test environments
• ▹Develop quality and acceptance concepts for the overall solution
• ▹Estimate effort at module, system and overall solution level
• ▹Present and defend effort and technology assessments to project managers and clients
• ▹Select and manage delivery models (nearshore, offshore, hybrid)
• ▹Independently lead sub-projects and provide technical direction
• ▹Run client workshops, technology demos and architecture presentations at senior level
• ▹Build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships
• ▹Support sales in technical proposals and pre-sales activities
• ▹Identify and introduce new methods, frameworks and tools
• ▹Share knowledge and coach internal teams and clients

Requirements

• ▹Completed university degree (Bachelor's or Master's)
• ▹Several years of professional experience in software development
