Senior Sensors Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Design, develop, modify, and validate embedded and edge software, applications, and specialized programs
• ▹Analyze complex user needs and software requirements to select appropriate technologies and design frameworks
• ▹Develop and maintain architectural designs ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability
• ▹Code large features, perform unit testing, debug significant issues, and integrate work to meet specifications and schedules
• ▹Model and analyze software systems, identify bottlenecks, and optimize performance
• ▹Collaborate with systems, hardware, architecture, and test engineers to design system-level software solutions
• ▹Write technical documentation for software projects

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, with corresponding relevant experience
• ▹2+ years of academic or work experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python
• ▹Ability to work independently and lead others within the team
• ▹Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice to have

• ▹Embedded software development in C/C++
• ▹Experience with embedded real-time operating systems
• ▹Experience with Linux/Android/Windows operating systems
• ▹Experience with embedded software debug tools
• ▹Familiarity with sensors technology
• ▹Programming experience with Java, Python
• ▹Understanding of digital signal processing, machine learning, and artificial intelligence
