Responsibilities

• ▹Designing and co-building robust, scalable software architectures in close collaboration with project teams
• ▹Leading and mentoring development teams, promoting best-practice sharing and a quality-focused delivery culture
• ▹Ensuring code and development process quality, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• ▹Active technology watch, proposing innovative solutions for architecture, tools, and methods
• ▹Leading the Java community, fostering exchange, skill growth, and collective momentum
• ▹Passing on knowledge to junior colleagues through training, mentoring, or pair programming
• ▹Participating in pre-sales activities: qualifying opportunities, writing technical proposals, and contributing to client presentations

Requirements

• ▹Higher education degree in computer science
• ▹Significant experience in a Tech Lead role
• ▹Strong teamwork skills, valuing everyone's contribution toward a common goal
• ▹Comfortable with the following stack: Java/JEE, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC), Kafka, Hibernate, Maven, Git, Angular or React or Vue.js, GCP or AWS
• ▹Fluent in English
