Marketing Data Manager

Jobber's Demand Generation team is looking for a Marketing Data Manager to own marketing attribution and data enablement, ensuring go-to-market investments are measured accurately and consistently. The role partners closely with data and BI teams on attribution models, SQL-based data models, and top-of-funnel analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and improve first-touch and multi-touch attribution models
  • Build model comparison analyses and reporting
  • Act as primary point of contact for diagnosing attribution inconsistencies
  • Integrate new attribution sources end-to-end, developing reverse ETL models with data teams
  • Maintain and update attribution seed tables (UTM mapping, partners)
  • Write and maintain production-quality SQL across marketing, product, and revenue data
  • Translate data analysis into dimensional/semantic data model requirements
  • Maintain quality checks and validation logic
  • Lead attribution onboarding/training for new Marketing hires
  • Develop documentation (attribution logic, UTM standards, model configuration)
  • Support applied top-of-funnel analytics and growth operations

Requirements

  • Strong experience in attribution, marketing analytics, or revenue analytics in a high-velocity GTM environment
  • Ability to own ambiguous, high-stakes measurement problems end-to-end
  • Proven skill diagnosing inconsistencies across tracking, data pipelines, and business logic
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills (RevOps, Marketing, BI, Ad Ops)
  • Builder mindset: documents, enables, and improves systems
