Principal AI Product Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Identify and evaluate high-impact opportunities for AI-powered agents, assistants, and workflow automation
• ▹Translate early AI concepts into clear, actionable product requirements
• ▹Partner with platform and engineering teams to ensure AI experiences are scalable, secure, and reliable
• ▹Define and track success metrics such as adoption, task completion, and business impact
• ▹Act as a connector across product, engineering, design, legal, security, and go-to-market teams
• ▹Ensure AI capabilities adhere to UKG's governance frameworks and responsible AI practices

Requirements

• ▹10+ years of product management experience delivering complex SaaS products
• ▹5+ years of AI/ML product management experience, partnering with data science teams to ship production-grade models or agents
• ▹Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify automation opportunities
• ▹Excellent written and verbal communication for AI system functional specifications
• ▹Technical fluency in AI evaluation methods (e.g., precision/recall, confidence scores)

Nice to have

• ▹Prior experience in Healthcare Workforce Management or Clinical Staffing
• ▹Experience porting a technical solution from one industry to another
