Senior Analyst, Advanced Analytics – Direct Sales Channels

Responsibilities

• ▹Analyze KPI trends across segments and channels, identifying drivers of operational and financial gaps
• ▹Monitor real-time and monthly results against expectations, investigating meaningful deviations
• ▹Support Direct financial planning by setting forward-looking business targets
• ▹Query, curate, and analyze large datasets from multiple platforms
• ▹Translate analytical findings into clear presentations and recommendations
• ▹Partner with Operational Data & Reporting to develop and optimize standard reporting
• ▹Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree plus 3-4+ years of experience (Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field preferred)
• ▹Advanced knowledge of data sources, tools, and statistical methodologies
• ▹Advanced Excel proficiency (VBA, macros, scripts, formulas, data visualization)
• ▹Familiarity with statistical software packages (SAS, Emblem)
• ▹Strong planning, analytical, decision-making, and communication skills

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with SQL, Python/R, Power BI, or similar analytical platforms
