Responsibilities

• ▹Lead technical discovery, demos, and validation of GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform
• ▹Own the technical evaluation process, including POC/POV, workshops, and the technical parts of tenders
• ▹Collaborate with Account Executives and regional sales teams on account strategy
• ▹Build and deepen relationships with technical practitioners and business leaders
• ▹Advise customers on modern software development, CI/CD, security, and cloud practices
• ▹Share customer feedback, use cases, and competitive insights with Product Management
• ▹Maintain and extend technical expertise in GitLab, DevSecOps, AI, and cloud technologies

Requirements

• ▹Experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or similar customer-facing roles
• ▹Proficiency with the end-to-end software development lifecycle and DevSecOps practices
• ▹Hands-on experience with GitLab or comparable source control/CI/CD platforms
• ▹Practical knowledge of cloud computing concepts, security, and operations
• ▹Ability to lead technical evaluations (POC/POV), tenders, and workshops
• ▹Strong technical communication and presentation skills
• ▹Skill in building trusted relationships and acting as a customer advocate
• ▹Fluency in Arabic
