On Arcesium's Infrastructure Engineering team, you'll build and operate the core foundation that all of Arcesium's applications run on, owning the reliability, scalability, and performance of AWS- and Linux-based systems across Developer Experience, Cloud Account Management, Compute, Connectivity, Customer Integration, Security, and Solutions Architecture.

Responsibilities

▹Build and operate reliable, well-instrumented infrastructure services across Infrastructure's functional areas
▹Strengthen the compute platform, leveraging AWS and Kubernetes
▹Craft tools and automated solutions that reduce toil, applying GenAI where it fits
▹Take ownership of critical technology infrastructure across multiple technologies, tools, and languages
▹Drive process improvements, evangelize engineering best practices, and define impact metrics
▹Act as a member of the broader Infrastructure organization underpinning the customer-facing platform

Requirements

▹3-5+ years of relevant infrastructure experience
▹A proven track record of owning and operating critical infrastructure systems such as Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, DNS, or authentication services
▹Polyglot programming capability, with advanced ability in at least one language (Python, Java, Go, or Bash)
▹Experience running critical workloads in AWS
▹Ability to balance delivery with correctness and risk management
▹A curious, collaborative mindset, strong communication, and the drive to take initiative
