Senior Software Engineer – Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• ▹Build and operate reliable, well-instrumented infrastructure services across Infrastructure's functional areas
• ▹Strengthen the compute platform, leveraging AWS and Kubernetes
• ▹Craft tools and automated solutions that reduce toil, applying GenAI where it fits
• ▹Take ownership of critical technology infrastructure across multiple technologies, tools, and languages
• ▹Drive process improvements, evangelize engineering best practices, and define impact metrics
• ▹Act as a member of the broader Infrastructure organization underpinning the customer-facing platform

Requirements

• ▹3-5+ years of relevant infrastructure experience
• ▹A proven track record of owning and operating critical infrastructure systems such as Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, DNS, or authentication services
• ▹Polyglot programming capability, with advanced ability in at least one language (Python, Java, Go, or Bash)
• ▹Experience running critical workloads in AWS
• ▹Ability to balance delivery with correctness and risk management
• ▹A curious, collaborative mindset, strong communication, and the drive to take initiative
