IT Consultant – Business Analysis (Public Administration)

Responsibilities

• ▹Analyze business processes and requirements of public-sector clients (federal and state level) and develop tailored, sustainable software and IT solutions
• ▹Work with interdisciplinary teams on modern platform, data and cloud architectures (microservices, process automation, blockchain, AI)
• ▹Manage stakeholders on both client and Accenture side, identifying further potential for long-term collaboration
• ▹Shape projects from concept to implementation, on-site or in a hybrid model
• ▹Make technology and architecture decisions, from solution design to concrete implementation strategy

Requirements

• ▹Completed degree (e.g. business informatics, computer science, engineering) with strong IT affinity
• ▹At least two years of professional experience in technology consulting, IT consulting, software development or systems integration
• ▹Experience in requirements engineering, analysis and modeling of business processes
• ▹Hands-on programming experience (e.g. Java or comparable modern languages)
• ▹Experience applying modern GenAI or Agentic AI tools in a project context
• ▹Very good German and English skills

• ▹Prior experience in the public administration sector
