Senior Frontend Software Engineer (AI Receptionist)

Responsibilities

• ▹Design and build modern, responsive, highly interactive web applications using React and TypeScript
• ▹Create intuitive UX for configuring conversational AI, managing knowledge sources, and testing AI behavior
• ▹Build reusable UI components and frontend infrastructure
• ▹Integrate frontend applications with backend services via REST APIs, WebSockets, and real-time streaming
• ▹Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to surface LLM-powered capabilities in the UI
• ▹Drive frontend architecture decisions and establish engineering best practices
• ▹Mentor engineers through technical leadership and design reviews

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong frontend focus
• ▹Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• ▹Experience building complex, production-scale web applications
• ▹Strong understanding of frontend architecture, component design, and state management
• ▹Experience integrating with backend services via REST, GraphQL, WebSockets, or streaming protocols
• ▹Familiarity with frontend tooling: Vite, Webpack, Node.js, modern testing frameworks

Nice to have

• ▹Experience building AI-powered or generative AI applications
• ▹Experience with Large Language Models and AI agent platforms
• ▹Experience building products for conversational AI, voice technology, or contact center software
• ▹Experience with real-time communication technologies
• ▹Familiarity with Go or other backend technologies
• ▹Experience building cloud-native distributed systems
