Enterprise Solutions Architect - Americas

Responsibilities

• ▹Design implementation approaches for complex enterprise opportunities with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers
• ▹Translate prospective customer needs and constraints into a tailored implementation strategy with milestones and required services
• ▹Create, negotiate, and execute Statements of Work (SOWs)
• ▹Participate in sales-to-delivery handoff and kickoff calls for complex accounts
• ▹Identify patterns across opportunities to refine the Enterprise sales motion
• ▹Contribute to playbooks, frameworks, and assets that improve how services are sold and delivered

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS: Solutions Consulting, Professional Services, or Management Consulting
• ▹Strong ability to diagnose business processes and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• ▹Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder deals with meaningful implementation components
• ▹Comfort navigating collaboration between pre-sales and post-sales teams
• ▹Excellent communication skills, able to influence executives and align cross-functional teams
