Responsibilities

• ▹Define AI systems architecture at scale, shipping agentic workflows to millions of creators
• ▹Design model orchestration, tool execution, and evaluation pipelines that scale from early adopters to millions of users
• ▹Work across the full AI product stack: cloud orchestration, LLM integration and model routing, skill/tool execution, creator-facing client experiences
• ▹Apply deep AI infrastructure knowledge: model serving, reliability, observability, multi-step execution loops (planning, tool use, recovery)
• ▹Attract, grow, and retain talent in AI engineering and applied ML
• ▹Own the technical strategy for the agentic AI stack, balancing speed, reliability, and creator experience
• ▹Balance researching emerging AI capabilities with shipping them pragmatically
• ▹Lead engineers by example, through technical direction and authoring specs

Requirements

• ▹10+ years of large-scale software deployment experience, with a proven track record leading large teams (15+) and delivering highly performant technical solutions
• ▹Experience building or leading teams shipping AI/ML-powered products in production
• ▹BS in Computer Science; MS/PhD a plus
• ▹Experience with agentic systems, LLM orchestration, evaluation frameworks, and operational challenges of shipping AI features reliably at scale
• ▹Strategic vision to identify high-impact opportunities and shape them into a roadmap
• ▹Track record building partnerships across organizational boundaries
• ▹Team-oriented personality with experience leading and growing technical teams
