Business AI Solution Manager – Health Claims

Responsibilities

• ▹Advance claims processes in the health segment through project work and daily business, with a focus on applying modern AI models
• ▹Coordinate closely with central units; initiate and coordinate quantitative process analyses in health claims
• ▹Create functional requirement specifications; contribute to concept design, model development and validation; conduct and sign off on functional tests
• ▹Create and maintain database queries (e.g. SQL, QMF); handle reporting and statistics tasks
• ▹Identify cost drivers in processing workflows and payout clusters using data, interpret analysis results professionally, and develop practical optimization proposals

Requirements

• ▹Above-average degree with a focus on insurance, mathematics or computer science, plus IT experience or training in data management
• ▹Very good knowledge of processes across the entire value chain in the health segment, complemented by health economics knowledge and basic medical understanding
• ▹High self-assurance, initiative, assertiveness, teamwork and resilience
• ▹Excellent knowledge of relevant KPIs and confident interpretation of them for steering and optimization
• ▹Broad expertise in dispositive and controlling systems for operations areas; strong knowledge of tools used in IDV (e.g. Access); confident use of DB query languages (e.g. QMF, SQL); strong communication and data visualization skills
