IT Team Lead – Legacy Commissions

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead the Legacy Commissions IT system and the team behind it, which handles commission calculation and settlement for 5,000+ sales partners
• ▹Take responsibility for system maintenance and troubleshooting, continuously improving services
• ▹Lead an engaged team with vision, develop talent, and build a culture of continuous growth through constructive feedback
• ▹Manage the unit's staffing, financial and technical resources, and develop a team strategy that supports ERGO's overall strategy
• ▹Identify optimization potential early, navigate conflicts confidently, and drive ongoing process optimization
• ▹Develop forward-looking concepts, drive process improvements, and actively shape digital transformation in your area

Requirements

• ▹University degree in business informatics, business administration, computer science or a comparable field
• ▹At least 3-5 years of leadership experience, ideally in insurance or IT
• ▹Experience in application management, including implementation, maintenance and optimization of software applications to ensure high availability and user satisfaction
• ▹Precise communication skills in German and English
