Responsibilities

• ▹Ensure stable and secure IT operations at the Bremen plant
• ▹Administer and maintain clients, servers, and the network
• ▹Procure and integrate IT hardware
• ▹Manage the Active Directory environment
• ▹Operate the VMware infrastructure
• ▹Provide 1st/2nd level support and train users
• ▹Implement IT security measures (updates, patches, backup)
• ▹Support production-critical systems and processes
• ▹Contribute to IT audits and the rollout of central policies

Requirements

• ▹Completed IT vocational training (e.g. Fachinformatiker, IT systems electronics technician) or a comparable qualification
• ▹Relevant professional experience
• ▹Good knowledge of Windows client and server systems as well as Active Directory
• ▹Knowledge of network technologies (ideally Cisco) and virtualization (VMware)
• ▹Experience with Microsoft 365 and backup solutions
• ▹Structured, independent way of working, strong team and service orientation
• ▹Fluent German and English skills

• ▹Cisco networking knowledge
